How am I supposed to not lose my shit over this?

Amazon Pharmacy had the wrong dosage / price for the .5g Vascepa pill. I've told Amarin's IR a month ago. Fast forward to today... still the same error:

Says that dosage for .5g is 4 pills per day, thus the cost is $134.90. One would think that Amazon Pharmacy is a pretty big deal and errors should he corrected ASAP. No?!
