I inquired about a few things, but a couple in particular were:
• With Deirdre's 44.7M common shares and his 900M+ common, never thought he would NOT honor the private common pro-rata shareholders.
• Also, from Deirdre's TRO, I have no idea if UOIP, Inc. is included in the current, revised or final (?) waterfall analysis.
No time to get ugly (yet). That's what legal is for.
