It was amended to account for the shares that they purchased the other week.

The following is the statement that I have never been a fan of with respect to the Series A shares.

Because the reporting person could convert their shares of Series A preferred stock into 300,000,000 shares of common stock within 60 days of December 21, 2020, such shares have been included and were included for purposes of computing the percentage ownership.

"We locked all these shares up to reduce O/S but, realistically, we can convert them back any time we want."
