Yes if there`s organic upward momentum then a r/s is fine but if its in a bid to stay alive , then its simply the end.

The study I did (all US quoted biotechs with m/c 750-1.025bn over last 5 years that have reverse split ) saw 22 such companies demise to zero .

One thing I`m totally convinced of is whatever the outcome it will be sorted within a matter of weeks from Top Line release day , with the binary outcomes being obvious buy out vs obvious bankruptcy.
