OTC-SC, combining your comments herein with Timing101's recent Post, I have a pretty good picture of what's goin on now with ENZC, for the future and the current/temporary downhill slope. I am content to wait until Charles unravels & straightens the snarls of Harry Jr's failed business tactics, i.e., for the "Block Transfer" of Shares to take effect, via those 2 Subsidiaries Charles filed in Delaware 2/3 wks ago, and for "Change of Control" to take root & come to fruition.

While Charles is now at the helm, fine-tuning & orchestrating all the pieces of this magnificent puzzle into place, for BIG THINGS TO COME IN THE ENTIRE BIO-TECH/BIO-MED WORLD, he is not wanting to rush thru the process and chance making any mistakes, and by that I mean release the last 2 OTC Filing Reports for 2020,+ Attorney-Letter, to remove the Stop Sign, dictating he will then have to file 8K SEC Report, divulging their secrets to the Public before he's secured all groundwork & foundation necessary for the launch pad of their rocket about to take off.

Personally, I believe he is a very savvy & skilled, cagey lawyer who knows exactly what he's doing.

So I hope all investors who "get" ENZC's HUGE capability will hang onto their Shares for dear life, to likely acquire a small fortune someday in the not-too-distant-future!
