I did bother to read the entire McDonald's lawsuit article and I believe she had a reasonable case. Of course the media made a joke of it and the general public never heard THE TRUTH.

Well let me tell you a thing or two, the facts in the SEVU case are not nearly as strong as you assume.

I never said the SEVU case is stupid, but my opinion of the facts presented are that the case is very weak. SEVU getting "convicted" would not be the strangest lawsuit in the world at all, but THE TRUTH in the SEVU case is much weaker than the McDonald's case brought up.

Obviously nobody here knows how the class action suit will end up, but we all can voice our opinions here, although some people have more facts than others.
