The point of the McDonald's coffee lawsuit was brought up to show how such a stupid thing as spilling coffee could win somebody multi-millions.

by your own admission.

she won and that is the bottom line even though it was totally stupid.
just like more than a few people must think the sevu case is totally stupid.

but if u bothered to read the complaint, alot of it is definately not totally stupid.

if u still believe that sevu cant get convicted in this day and age u are the one who is most certainly wrong.
