I agree with you, I believe a few things were happening, folks that sold naked Puts (like I did) knew they were going to get shares "put" to them, and were making adjustments.

I personally believe there will not be a buy out, I like the deal done with the Japanese company. 100 million, plus 10-20%, shittttttttttttt. What's not to like.

I have said before that I feel the company is into this GIA, when they sold the foreign rights they made themselves a lot less appealing to major BP companies, so those folks looking for a fast buck, sold. Those with deep pockets, bought more shares believing (like I do) that this is damn close to the bottom, or we are at it. Clearly, today's trading rewarded that thinking.

I still strongly believe that there's going to be buying straight away in the new year. I've mentioned when I was dealing with IR that I'm underwater, you guys are old shareholder, I'm not. Some folks like me that are also underwater are tax selling, IMO.

I added shares on Friday, plus I had shares put to me. Depending where we are trading on Monday (12/28) I might look to add more.
