Simply Because The Banks financial operations specially FDIC will use all the Time they are able to pay their Creditors the Last minute possible....Our Escrow duration Ends that day ...Simply latest date they are able to pay us equity escrow holders....This may be a lump sum payments then quarterly for the rest of the funds due to us
