Thermo, my understanding is you own around 100M warrants. The current common is 828M , thus over 10%. If you are allowed to convert all you are over 10%.

If you are not allowed to convert all, why?

I thought you said a month or so ago you could convert all if they did not suspend,

And why does a suspension of a less than a month escape you from the 60 day conversion clause on beneficial ownership?

BTW. I do think you are a legit owner of a large number, but question if you are exaggerating a bit.
