Current Information as of 12.20.2020

Immunotech Laboratories Inc. (IMMB) owns 49% of Immunotech Laboratories BG and I, Dimitar Savov, own the other 51%! Immunotech Laboratories BG owns the patent for the medicinal product ITV-1 - ImmunH and has successfully conducted a clinical trial on 31 patients in "Professor Ivan Kirov" Hospital, Sofia, Bulgaria, European Union."


If ENZC (Immunotech Laboratories IMMB) owns only 49% of Immunotech Laboratories BG, of which the remaining 51% is owned by Dimitar Savov, and it is Immunotech Laboratories BG which owns the patent for ITV-1, then it would appear Harry Zhabilov or his Company Immunotech Laboratories IMMV does not really own ITV-1 outright, by himself or by his own Company, so that the new ENZC cannot really lay claim to having cure for HIV-AIDS, with the key being the ITV-1 Patent~ IS THIS CORRECT? MAYBE this is why ENZC has not come or cannot come out in a PR stating it has the cure for HIV-AIDS?

I am not sure what the legalities of all this would allow, but it seems to me that if H. Zhabilov & his Company, Immunotech Laboratories IMMB, own only 49% of Immunotech BG which owns the ITV-1 patent, then ENZC would not be allowed to come out & make such a public statement~ that is has the cure for HIV-AIDS~ without the authorization of Dimitar Savov.

HOWEVER, note that D. Savov is writing the above-Article quoted at beginning of this Post. IS HE accurate in making the claim that Immunotech BG owns this Patent~ OR does H. Zhabilov, Jr or Sr, own this Patent?, so perhaps Fact-Check needed on this.
