I seem to be on a roll this weekend but here I go again!

You said "Since Idcc has apparently not sued to start arbitration". Can you do that and who would you sue, isn't the arbitration panel the people that you would have to sue IF they gave NOK more time? And when you agree to arbitration don't you, in fact turn total control over to them? Wouldn't suing someone (whoever) take a lot longer?

You said "must we assume that they (IDCC) AGREE to this delay" you know what the say about assume and I don't think IDCC is happy either about the delay, else why comments at the CC for the ERICY settlement.


You said " I am now thinking that we still need that decisive court decision." Well first of all would a decision have been made by now (with ERICY) if we went to court---including all the appeals? Also everything that NOK wants for whatever reason would probably be out in the public view--the fact that NOK want some stuff that is sealed lead me to beleive that I/IDCC would rather they not have the information.
