You have confirmed my statement..

Patient and/or Dr. would have confirmed availability for a SAS application before submitting it to the TGA.

So now that the TGA has put it on their list of approvable special access drugs if Anavex Doctor and Patient concur it is up to the Doctor to make a SAS request.

No additional requirements per disease or trial are required, just a statement from the doctor that it is a patient's only hope.
