Eli Attia did not 'Make' a Patent, Google did. Eli Attia was hired by Google to be involved in creating it and therefor got credit in name ONLY .

Simply, as an employee, for example and easy or similar reference, you could site the inventions of Tomas Edison, ( the light and sound guy). He didn't actually 'invent' much but holds all the rights and royalties of the patents his company produced. The named inventive or credited persons involved get nothing as an employee unless pre-assigned before or within employment contract.

Google won this multiple times, from the beginning, providing the evidence that: Eli Attia was an employee. Game over.

The issue is, Halpern has tried to steal Eli Attia's glory and flip the interest with delusion.

Halpern is the quintessential patent jumper 'TROLL' you may have heard of, that's been wasting time AND MONEY with frivolous patent suits for the past 20 years. .

Before MAXD he tried to steal a fricken federal patent costing shareholders $$150 MILLION..
