I was thinking about the deal they made for Acquire Assets of F&T Water Solutions LLC, not the VeroBlue Farms.

That deal was: The purchase price will be $10,000,000, consisting of a $5,000,000 down payment, and notes due in 36 and 48 months. The acquisition is subject to successful due diligence by NaturalShrimp and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2020.
