It looks like you know a lot about SHMP. I to love the company for 3 reasons.

1. It going to make me a lot of money
2. I think it will bring down the price of shrimp
3. It has a small foot print (GREEN) I am not to crazy about GREEN but it works for this.

Maybe you can answer me this question for me:

With the $10 Mil to Purchase the Alder Aqua, LLC f/k/a VeroBlue Farms

$3,000,000 in cash and the balance due in stock,

The $7 Mil in stock, was that at last nigh closing price or July 29 price? or Dec 17 Price?

July 29 stock was: $0.08 = 87,500,000 Stocks
Dec 17 stock was: $0.275 = 25,454,545 Stocks

Did it cost us over 3x as much or did we save a lot of Shares?
