crtg..., Wow, don't you know that in order to receive a Provisional Patent, a new and better one has to be written and presented to the P-Patent department, where they would then watch the progress to see that CRTG followed each and every change to the patent, or they would be penalized!

Why would they even apply for a P-Patent if everyone was open to use the CHS patent at will? It is obvious that CRTG is fully engaged in fulfilling that Provisional Patent guidelines in order to patent the CHS+! Not Crap, just common sense!
