The way I read it:

Re-stated and audited 2019 by 12/31
2020 up to 3rd quarter SHORTLY right after
Current and on on time going fwrd after that.

Then 211 approval I am HOPEING not too long after that... but as a friend of mine who knows btr said, we could be running by then anyway w good 2020’s
