If you go to the website for the firm, you can click on attorneys and see that they have 4 lawyers. Only one of them does securities work. Arden Anderson is the senior securities attorney. That’s her. Don’t know why it’s signed generally by the firm rather than by individual lawyer. I also don’t know why anyone really cares. OTCMarkets knows who she is and she has communicated with them. And that was not an issue on the first attorney letter she sent for us."

Per otcmarkets (17 point directive) Attorney Letter Agreement..https://www.otcmarkets.com/files/Attorney_Letter_Agreement_Watermarked.pdf

Specifically, directive:

"#10. The letter must identify the person responsible for the preparation of the financial statements contained
in the Information
state whether or not the financial statements are audited, and if audited, list the name
and address of the auditor or auditing firm. If the financials are not audited, the letter must describe the
qualifications of the person or persons who prepared the financial statements."

*A week ago I posted that it appeared to be Arden Anderson as Attorney Letter author..Followed up with Rogen for quick reply confirmation..Curious to see if Austin Legal sign off suffice or Arden Anderson signature required..Suspect someone will inquire with otcmarkets to see if signature..or lack of..meets the #10 directive standard...:)
