Yes, just felt like posting today for the first time.

I’m well informed as to what happened in the past. NIR is gone, but has the debt been retired? I didn’t see an announcement with their collector, PWC or some similar firm

Perhaps there is a chance that ECMH’s assets (technology, IP, Patents, rotary tech.) is worth something. Maybe, maybe not... but why not sell that to a clean shell if it is woth something. Surely that would be cheaper than trying to get this company current. That should be a top priority if they want something real to happen.

Know the public entity isn’t worth much of anything and could be delisted at any time. I can’t fathom an answer as to why that won’t happen. A company that has not reported in 13 years( ish) should not be allowed to trade on an exchange.
