Hahaha!! Yes it matters you fool. Your statement is idiotic at best! Your saying at $1 the company is worth $4 billion. Doesn't work like that. Market cap is based off of outstanding shares which are around 300 million. Your only off by $3.7 billion. Yes it matters, just a little bit! Lol
