Meanwhile, SHMP has to PAY all those costs, and the the cost of completing LaCoste and rehabbing Iowa. SHMP has 900M shares authorized and is at 531M already (how they're allowed to ignore any provision for the convertible Class A shares is beyond me). Add the shares need to complete this acquisition AND completing LaCoste AND rehabbing Iowa AND hiring personnel...all before the first SHMP is sold from LaCoste (if one is ever sold) and the R/S comes that much sooner.
