How is this stock is allowed to trade? There has been zero 10-Q or 10-K filings in well over a decade. I know they have had issues with getting access to those financial records, but at some point they owe it to stockholders to be current. This is essentially an empty shell, with a huge debt load, and doesn’t trade all that much. This entity has zero value as it would take a huge amount of cash to become current. I wouldn’t be surprised if the SEC stopped trading and this stock became delisted.
