Commercial papers is NOT 15 yr or 30 yr paper, it is 50- 99(even more) year paper or none could ever afford to build commercial property and handle mortgages based on 15-30 mortgage payments.

SO IN MY OPINION all has NOT been liquidated and turned to cash.

And imho this is where somewhere down the line we will get annual or quarterly payments, TO BENEFICIAL LEGACY INTEREST HOLDERs OF THIS PAPER
