All I know of the WMCT 2001 was that they sold 23M WAHUQ shares, received ~$1.15B as a result and the Trust's sole assets were ?Debentures?.

What was done with the cash, what assets, IF ANY, did the Bank Trustee hold and what those Debentures represented, I HAVE NO CLUE!!!

That question is better suited for Z.
