Well hotshot! I did not put an EOY distribution of catch up and clean up. I am not questioning his method of research. He may be right on the process of poop restructuring. However, there are two separate issues here. One is the poop restructuring. The other is the cash dividend along with the start of the capital trusts. I have stated this in the past and to Z.
The bk has been closed since 2019. I have also stated that there is no longer a blockage to distribute the cash dividend minimum 31 quarters. The capital trust can either catch up and start a yearly distributions until 2030 or 2041 or just start the yearly distributions if that is the case. These two will not stop poop restructuring process.

However if poop starts their restructuring and the cash dividend and capital trusts do not happen then, well the scam continues.
