All the talk this week about another round of stimulus is likely the cause of the indecision of the $NYSI indicator.
The battle between green and red continues.
The green/blue/red EMA ribbon on the $NYMO chart appears to be tightening too.
The $NYSI and $NYMO charts were very much in sync back on Nov 3-4, but not this week.
Because the trend direction is not clear, I will be cautious trading both directions of equity ETF's. Slower to get in, quicker to get out.
These two charts generally do not apply to commodity ETF's.
