CRTG... Not correct!!!! A provisional patent is not worth the lead that was used to write the CHS+ plans on a piece of scratch paper!!

Why is it that as of December, 2020, there has been no announcement of either a Patent Application, or a patent on the new CHS+? There is none, NONE! There is no number to prove anything on that October PR?

If you have it, please give it to us so I can write a retraction! Otherwise, look-up PROVISIONAL Patent? It only gives protection for one year, and after that, an application has to be presented, with all the specs written on the "Provisional" patent Scratch paper precisely what has been provided on that piece of worthless paper that has no legality attached to it whatsoever after that first year! It was designed to give the Boys time to fully develop the CHS+ product, which CRTG didn't seem to do, or they would have happily announced it by now!

Any CHS machinery "Production ?Patent?! has nothing to do with the CHS Product, as that is what most of us are looking for, as they cannot produce something which is not theirs, and a CHS product we were all looking forward to, not any machinery which was tossed around on the board from time to time.... and it was a CHS patent held by the NDSU people, or CRTG wouldn't have had to license it as they did!

There was a written agreement by the two parties, and a break-up occurred because CTRG didn't live up to the "Time" limitations of the agreement, and/or that CRTG didn't have the money to go any further? Then, the salesmanship of Krafty didn't work as he tried to get more help from NDSU, but couldn't persuade them to extend the deadline? IMO only....
