LMAO. And what prevents SCAMydx after delisting from cancelling all outstanding shares?

As a private company (post delisting), majority shareholders have the votes to make whatever by-law / organization changes desired. Minority shareholders have no say. Only way prevent that is investors taking legal action.

I'm sure a bunch of people still "own" Enron stock also...how's that working for them? ROFL
