yea, i get that...
but at .8381 share exchange ... wouldn't tilrays price have to be around 2 dollars higher than aphria in order for aphria holders not to lose money on the actual exchange?
(sometime in Q2 of 2021) i wonder at what date the exchange price will go into effect, we know the rate - but not the price ?
