Tilray @ 3:28 pm is $9.48 / I wouldn't pay more than $7.94 right now for an Aphria share.

There is no reason to buy Aphria at this point. It's a losing proposition with an exchange rate of Aphria Shareholders” receiving 0.8381 shares (the “Exchange Ratio”) of Tilray.

That's why Aphria is even on the day with 28 minutes to go.
