One thing about the theory of AG being a mole (supposedly to delay closing) is that such a theory doesn't answer the question such theory brings up about her other statements- namely her multiple statements over the past many years of massive payoff to us. If she has been a mole this entire last ten years, what benefit was it to her team of associates to encourage the idea among former shareholders of wamu that we have massive money coming? Wouldn't such a person be more likely to downplay that idea??
