I would love to hear a clear explanation why FDA approved CCR5 inhibitor Maraviroc is not the perfect Covid treatment. It has the same MoA as Leronlimab, is more efficacious, and is administered as convenient oral dose.

2000+ souls dying every day but no doctors are giving this approved drug a shot. Why not?
