I have too many indicators saying that Charlie could be right, but I am more in the camp of a 20% decline in the market, UNLESS there is an unforeseen situation that will occur. I think if the vaccines turn out to be a flop, meaning way too many people will get side effects that are worse that the virus itself, than I could see a 40% fast drop. The moment I would (and I do not expect it) start hearing news to that effect I would be all out into cash.
