A foreign court can not authorize a US corporation to issue shares in violation of a shareholder vote conducted in the US on a Delaware Corporation. That would be synonymous with Israel declaring war against the US. Ziv can ask the court but its just another delay tactic. I've got to hand it to him though. I thought that he was a one trick pony after 3 RS votes in 3 years. This is a better and more entertaining gag and probably a last shot to grab shares.
