UOIP doesn't trade on an exchange or on the pinks - it isn't quoted there isn't a market for UOIP stock.

Here is an example of the Form you file with etrade.

"Worthless Securities Liquidation Request"

I think they pay you $0.01 for the lot and charge you a $5 fee.

But this will allow you to take the losses on your IRS filings.
