The Boeing B-52 bomber has been in service since 1955. The 8-engine aircraft has undergone significant upgrades during its lifetime and, get this, it is projected to be flying for another fifty years, according to Wikipedia.

Boeing's other aircraft that has served for decades is the KC-135 tanker that has been in service since the 50s. Boeing's retrofit of their 767 aircraft to replace the KC-135 is not yet a reliable replacement after 10 years of trying to get it right.
