... in my opinion, ... We' ... are within the minimum 10 day NasDaq and SEC Notification Period, ... and the pps' is definitely being held in the "sweet spot" ...

... KKR's going to get this thing called' "WMIH and its Subsidiaries" rockin going asset evaluated and clean into business year 2021' ... and the WMI Cap Trust Was Not a part of the WMI BK's or any of the Plans' ... so these delays' have zero effect on at a minimum, the Cap Trust and its Trustee(s) responsibilities' to an original releasing common share holder ...
