What is the purpose of a prolonged standstill? What is the purpose for maturing data? What was the trade off for security during that time? What is the advantage to provide an outsized bonus to a few in exchange to a lower price for many? Not all of these are diabolical inferences, and one or two quite necessary, but here we are, a diluted yet averaged down lot, hoping, just like management and any potential acquirer, that patients will benefit from such strange bedfellows.
