That would surprise me as well, but not for the same reason as you. For the most part, I believe most of the outstanding warrants have a fair amount of time to run until they expire thus there is very little incentive to exercise now! The only reason you might consider that now is if you are truly concerned about the Biden cap gain tax increases to start the 12 month clock ticking, but for that, I would imagine they would at least wait until after the Georgia senates races on Jan 5, just some 3 weeks away to see if the Dems take control of the senate or not, because without it, they can do nothing on the cap gain tax.
