Vern, I think so too. That is why I don't agree with those who say Seth et al were right all along. They may happen to have had the outcome match the outcome of what they were accusing GTE of, but since they wanted to sue GTE (or their lawyer friends did) they made GTE out to be the bad guy when it was Internafta. BONY is looking worser and worser as this wears on.
