One more option to growth, and one Mike has mentioned in the past.......

Many of the California competitors will collapse under their own weight and inability to generate a profit. I suspect these existing facilities, which are pretty much plug-and-play, could be purchased for pennies on the dollar.

The benefits would be:

* Almost instant realization of increased capacity.
* Tremendous value for dollars spent.
* Potential ease of distribution to additional dispensaries in new market arenas.


The draw backs:

* Potential loss of control with remote locations.
* Redundant staff and operations will be required with remote campuses.
* Buying existing facilities may mean they are not constructed to NGW standards.
