I heard the same BS over at RBNW when they reverse merged with Lust For Life. Look at how that turned out.

A quick look at ENZC's SEC filings most likely you'll get a little warning before the dump. With only 400,000,000 million shares to offer I would expect a reverse split before the dumping begins.
