It depends what you call dilution. Obviously we are selling the Reg A at a fixed price that will go up by the end of this week and then take a week or so to amend it. To get our $2.5mm we have to sell it as stated in the public docs. If you mean the convertible debt that definitely hurts us, we are buying them out and it should stop by early January and starting to buy them out with the money we have gained. So in that case it will stop and you can see when it stops we do great and it will stop.
