Yes, but realize that patents like this are for the way that RNA combines with one particular compound and there is no testing or further research to prove that it even has any therapeutic benefits. RNA and other small molecules can combine with many compounds in millions of different ways and they all can be patented but it doesn't make them useful. If you are going to invest in any industry you should at least get a rudimentary knowledge of what it is about instead of just being impressed by a bunch of technical mumbo jumbo that sounds impressive. The patents and research that Regen was pursuing were not panning out into anything useful. Koos tried to get bigger biopharm companies involved but none of them were interested in what Regen had to offer.
