TO: All--Took ChrgD three times and seem to feel better/peaceful (may be just a placebo effect) not much in the pain relief dept so far. Was thinking of returning balance of order but my kids (in there twenties) tried it more consistently and often; loving it for anxiety/touch of depression with calming effect, improved mood and better sleep. I will try it with more consistency and hope for the best. Took it in a little water not wanting to risk my morning coffee...not bad but has a taste like a polite aspirin in water. Placed a second order at their request. No advice here - just sharing my experiences. My sincerest best wishes to anyone seeking a way to improve their situation.
