That's government flexing its muscle - evil.

I ask you again, what does this have to do with a transaction between a patient with private health insurance and a pharmacy? Or better yet, a parient without any insurance and a pharmacy?

Joe gets a V prescription.
Joe does not have insurance.
Joe goes to pharmacy.
Pharmacist says $350.
Joe says Amarin has a $150 discount card.
Phamacist says nope, state prohibits.

You think that is ok for the state to do this? Does anyone here think this is ok?
