I don't know much about them other than they are a low cap Canadian exploration company (around $3.5 MM cap. American) but I do really like the property.

Many great junior companies in Canada have this problem: good properties, low capitalisation.

I would think that Providence would want to develop the property them selves but being low cap PLYN got an opportunity as they are better much capitalised.

Anyways, what I think doesn't really what does matter is that Mr. Market thinks it a good deal as the stock is Unfolding as it Should.
