Retail shareholders should vote no unless TLD is released first and not to let the usual scare tactics used the last time convince us to roll over for another share limit increase let alone a reverse split involving the warrants. If they want our support they have to earn it with visible deeds, not vague hints or talk of what is happening behind the scenes. Not that our votes matter anyway, but in principle - no game changing information - no support and let the consequences be what they may.
