MM legally can and does naked short, if think actually cover all shares immediately we have a bridge to no where for sell... filings says no dilution... TA says no dilution... imo

Shorting otc is a myth so let's move on from that theory. Otcx is the seller here and I've traded long enough to know when there is selling
